The programmes consist of a set of activities and challenges which all illustrate and are inspired by the key focus areas of the conference. This means that the team building and activity programme is completely integrated into the conference, making it much more effective in driving home the key messages.  A recent HQ Learning Journey included kayaking, heli-hiking, horse-riding and zip-trekking and the client’s facilitators worked alongside the HQ New Zealand ones which further validated the learnings.
