The evening begins with informal canapés followed by a barrel tasting of the latest vintage Pinot Noir and a multi-course dinner hosted in our spectacular and unique Wine Cave.  Each course will be carefully created to compliment the wine, including older & rare wines, highlighting the ultimate in food and wine experience!
