Join Gibbston Valley’s Executive Chef in a memorable and extravagant gourmet journey of outstanding food matched to perfection with award-winning wines. 
The evening begins with informal canapés followed by a barrel tasting of the latest vintage Pinot Noir and a multi-course dinner hosted in our spectacular and unique Wine Cave.
