Kingston Flyer has a stellar season

The Kingston Flyer steam train finished it's 2011 - 2012 season on Sunday,  bringing to a close a very successful return to the tracks. Well over 15,000 visitors have enjoyed the historic run from Kingston to Fairlight. 

If you missed out on this must-do excursion over the regular season,  the 'Flyer' is doing a Winterfestival special run on July 1st;  book here.  Otherwise the re-opening on September 29th 2012 will be your next opportunity to take a ride an authentic steam train.

Iconic steam train, the Kingston Flyer, reopened to a gala celebration day that drew families and 'friends of the Flyer' from all over the south.
