Trey Ratcliff, top travel photography blogger for the popular HDR travel photography blog www.stuckincustoms.com was obviously impressed by Queenstown during his travels because he's relocated himself and his family here from Austin, Texas.

With such beautiful imagery and helpful tutorials for other photographers on the HDR (high dynamic range) process that Trey has perfected over the years it's no wonder 'Stuck In Customs' has such a big following online.

Trey and his blog have over a quarter of a million Facebook fans, over 2 million people in his Google + circles and have had over a million views of videos on the StuckInCustom's Youtube channel. The blog features beautiful HDR imagery from all around the world so Trey's no stranger when it comes to recognising a beautiful spot. With so many places to choose from it's pretty cool his family chose to move here!

In a recont blog Trey talks about the move.
"I took a nice long flight on Air New Zealand (where we received MOST excellent service) and made our way down to Queenstown, New Zealand.
Wish us luck!
I’ll keep you informed here during our adventure. It was a big decision to move the family of five here, and we are all very excited! I hope my kids get little Kiwi accents… that would be one of the wonderful little side-effects."
