One Square Meal Cyclocross Series - Race 2

Hold onto your helmets as sixty lycra-clad cyclists brave the elements to take on a 2km course at Remarkables Park for race one of the New Zealand National Cyclocross Series.

Best described as cross country road biking with a twist, cyclocross is a high octane sprint race on a tight, spectator friendly course through a variety of terrain including water, mud, dirt, gravel and who knows – hopefully some snow!
