The Southern Lakes Festival of Colour is based in the heart of the Southern Alps on the shores of Lake Wanaka in Otago.

The Festival of Colour provides six days and nights of colour with a rich programme of music, theatre, dance, writers and artists, presented in venues around Wanaka and Queenstown.

The Festival also has a touring programme which visits the neighbouring towns of Wanaka, Queenstown, Cromwell, Luggate and Hawea.

For the 2013 Southern Lakes Festival of Colour new work will be premiered and also a popular programme of Schoolfest and Street Theatre.

The Festival programme is launched on 14 February and tickets are released on 25 February.
