The NZ PGA Summer Concert

Young Auckland musician and rising star Jamie McDell will headline the open-air concert held at The Hills as part of the 2013 NZ PGA Championship. Local favourites the Lynch Mob will support Jamie.

Young Auckland musician Jamie McDell has been announced as headline act for the open-air concert to be held at The Hills as part of the 2013 NZ PGA Championship, being held from Thursday February 28 to Sunday March 3 2013.

The 20-year-old rising star is already being hailed by critics as the next Brooke Fraser and compared to Jewel and Taylor Swift.

Local favourites The Lynch Mob have been confirmed as the support act.

Jamie -- who New Zealanders have come to know and love with a series of chart-topping singles -- will be first on stage and concert-goers will be invited to ‘party on’ with the Lynch Mob.

The concert will take place on Saturday 2 March.

Tickets cost $30 per person and include access to the NZ PGA golf championship and The 19th community area throughout the day.
