As summer rolls around again so do some great annual community events like the Lake Hayes AMP show, the Glenorchy races and Summer Daze. See the new year in with a bang watching the annual New Years fireworks display in Queenstown Bay and in February sports fans are in for a treat with the New Zealand PGA Pro-Am Golf Championships at The Hills, while over at the Queenstown Events Centrethe New Zealand XI takes on England during their 4 Day Warm-up Cricket Match.

NZ PGA Pro-Am Golf Championship
Top level professional golf returns to Sir Michael Hill’s golf course, The Hills, in 2013 with the New Zealand PGA Pro-Am Championship.
