A restful theme flows through the bedrooms into the dining room and guest lounge, opening onto a sunny courtyard, surrounded by cottage gardens, and the sundeck with its panoramic views of the lake.

We are just 3 minutes’ drive from the centre of Queenstown. Public transport passes our street regularly. Breakfasts are generous with homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, and freshly ground, percolated coffee.

Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or small groups. We can provide pre-arranged complimentary pickups from Queenstown airport.

We have no pets and are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
