Arrowtown Beech Party Planting Day

Meet at Arrowtown Chinese Village from 9am (with a short walk up to Sawpit Gully Track planting Site). Volunteers will plant 3000 trees adding to the 16,500 trees already planted.

A day for all ages, families and friends to come together and enhance the biodiversity of the Arrowtown area by planting native Beech, Ribbonwood, and Totara up on the Sawpit Gully Track. Kid friendly planting with all the holes being pre-dug.

We have a complimentary BBQ afterwards with refreshments and treats for the kids all provided by our generous group of sponsors. Bring your own gloves, extra food, drink, appropriate clothing and footwear.
