Our four ski resorts are all within a short drive of our town centre, offering quality snow, incredible scenery, and variety of terrain for all levels from beginner to advanced. Queenstown has a lengthy ski season from June – October 2023 so there’s plenty of time to perfect your turns.
Queenstown offers plenty of world-famous activities and attractions off the mountain too. Soak in stunning outdoor hot pools, sip award-winning wine or push your limits with a bungy jump. If high-speed thrills aren’t your thing, there’s loads more to see and do including scenic flights, cruises and winery or craft beer tours. Plus, there’s over 130km of walking and cycling trails which link central Queenstown to beautiful photo-worthy spots.
The fun doesn't stop after dark either. Our vibrant, cosmopolitan town centre has one of New Zealand’s most vibrant après-ski scenes with over 150 bars and restaurants to keep the good times going!
