This holiday home offers a truly alpine feel with high vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, wooden features throughout, and big open living areas to share a meal or a drink with friends.

A Perfect Hosting Space

You'll enjoy a modern, well appointed kitchen, a stunning luxury bathroom and a variety of living spaces suitable for up to six guests.  Fully double glazed windows and a plush heavy pile carpet will provide warmth in winter; heating is controlled in every room with underfloor heating in both bathrooms and a wall mounted deluxe split vane heat pump also provides full air conditioning in the summer months.

The top floor has an open-plan design which beautifully and easily flows from the private balcony to lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry.  Washing machine/ dryer is provided, with detergent.  Access to the complex's private grounds are using a rear spiral staircase.  All areas are designed to capture the alpine region and views of the surrounding mountains.

Both guest rooms have generous wardrobes and are fully double glazed, heated, and fitted with thermal curtains to keep you warm in winter.  Both beds have thick 500gsm wool duvets, electric blankets plus a second fitted duvet for extra warmth in Winter and luxurious 1,000gsm feather toppers on the mattresses so you'll feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud!  Luxury bathrobes are also provided for all guests.

The Perfect Base Camp For All Seasons

Access to the complex's private grounds is provided via a rear spiral staircase.  All common areas are designed to capture the alpine region and views of the surrounding mountains.  On the lower ground level is your dedicated private parking space in the covered carport.

The Alpine Meadows complex is located minutes from all that downtown Queenstown has to offer, but locals know a little secret too…  Ask about the award-winning restaurant and wine bar just a short walk away or the hip new cafe just up the road.  This is more than just a holiday home, it’s a spot where you can truly slip away from the tourist rush and live like a local for a few days.
