Villa Nisha

Villa Nisha is a luxury home based on 4 acres of land in the prestigious Wyuna Preserve, just outside of Glenorchy, and approximately 35 minutes drive from Queenstown.

The centre of this contemporary home is a beautiful open plan space with a living, dining, and kitchen area, with amazing lake views and a roaring open fireplace at one end, and a gorgeous window seat at the other (a perfect spot to curl up with your favourite book in the morning sun).  Open up the doors to the patio and outdoor dining area to connect with the outside world.  A well positioned private spa pool outside is a great spot to take in the views or enjoy the night sky without the disturbance of nearby light pollution.

The North wing of the house features a large media room/library (which is perfect for cosy movie nights) and the master bedroom, which enjoys a spacious dressing area, generous en suite, a mountain view sauna and a beautiful fireplace.  Once again, lake views take the centre stage, and you can enjoy relaxing in bed whilst watching the morning sunbeams glisten on the lake.

The other three bedrooms are in the South wing of the property.  The second master also features a fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and en suite, whilst bedrooms three and four share a jack-and-jill style bathroom.  All of these bedrooms also have views of the lake and mountains.

We think this location is great for relaxing and unwinding, but if you like to keep busy there is plenty to do:  Guests at Villa Nisha can enjoy the world-class hiking trails nearby, explore the sights of Lord of The Rings movie filming locations, raise a glass with the locals in Glenorchy, or for the more adventurous types you'll find jet boating, horse riding or even ziplining in the area and the nearby airstrip provides easy access some incredible scenic flights to popular Milford Sound, Mt Aspiring National Park and the West Coast.
