As you enter the villa, the art lined entrance way guides you to the rear of the property towards the high vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, both of which are bright and airy spaces that feel equally homely and grand, and have sliding doors that connect to the outdoors for breezy indoor/outdoor flow.  A separate media/library room down the hall is perfect for cosy movie nights, and the rumpus room with an additional TV, dart board and pool table is great for a breakaway space for youger travellers.

Outdoors, the magic of this villa really starts to shine. A large open fireplace, flanked by a pizza oven and BBQ grill, with a lounge area and dining table and superb Sonos sound system make up the outdoor entertainment pit - we're picturing an evening next to the fireplace, a glass of pinot in hand, as you enjoy a pizza night with the family.  A seasonally heated swimming pool* is perfect for adults and children alike, and the spa pool offers a peaceful spot to retreat to and relax at the end of the day.  Park-like gardens offer a spacious play area for children to burn off some energy in the fresh mountain air, and are beautifully maintained to create an oasis of greenery.  There is a selection of lawn games at the property for guests to use during their stay.

Located less than 5 minutes' drive from Arrowtown, and just 20 minutes from Queenstown, the location is peaceful yet easily accessible - and a foodies paradise!  Hop in the car to visit Arrowtown's popular cafes and restaurants or head in the opposite direction to Amisfield winery, which is also located just a few minutes' drive along the road.  If you prefer to leave the car at home, Just a 2-minute stroll from this home will have you at Mora & Artisan (formerly known as Akarua & Artisan), one of Queenstown's most popular restaurants and cellar-door tasting rooms, serving breakfast and lunch.  You'll also find some of the regions best golf courses on your doorstep, an array of biking and hiking trails to explore and the beautifully photogenic Lake Hayes just down the road from this rural location.
