The expansive West Wing features a generous open-plan living area with a stylish lounge, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen that opens onto a stunning mountain-view terrace. The East Wing houses the master bedroom with a King bed, walk-in wardrobe, and en suite, while three additional bedrooms are on the same ground level, complemented by a full laundry and powder room. The fifth bedroom is located upstairs, along with a media room equipped with a projector screen for relaxing movie nights.

Villa Francesca’s prime location offers convenient access to a vast network of cycling trails. With bike trail connections directly from the villa, you can effortlessly explore routes to Frankton, Queenstown, Arthurs Point, Arrowtown, and Gibbston Valley. Winter guests will appreciate the close proximity to Coronet Peak, just a 10-minute drive away.
