Monarch owner, Tracie Patel has had 20+ years of experience in film production and was an owner of Film Crews, a crew booking agent for film & TVC. Tracie is based in Queenstown but represents ACTORS, SPORTS TALENT and MODELS based in Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington, Dunedin and Queenstown areas. 

Tracie also has extensive experience coordinating major fashion events around New Zealand, with prestigious brands such as Schwarzkopf, Wellington Fashion Week, Bridal Couture, Newmarket Business Association - Catwalk On the Street and Next Face of Newmarket and Skyline Queenstown.
