Every room has an incredible view of the infamous Queenstown township and Lake Wakatipu vista.

The house is 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total and as part of this it has a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained penthouse apartment on the top level which not only has its own private entrance but also has an interconnecting internal door which gives access to the rest of the home.

The entry level (driveway level) has a double garage with 2 space car port and internal access to the 3rd level of the home which hosts a spacious bedroom and separate bathroom and entry foyer.

Move down the floating stair well to level 2 which is where you will find the main living lounge, dining, kitchen and snug. This flows out onto the massive outdoor deck with plenty of seating/dining and the 5 person spa.

The bottom level is where you will find the 2 master bedrooms each with their own walk in wardrobe, ensuite and deck.

You will also find a large laundry on this level.

All rooms can be set as either a Super King or Twin beds - please advise when booking how you would like the rooms set up.

We have a vehicle that we can offer as part of your stay. Please message use on booking and we can give you information on the vehicle and hire rates.

Queenstown has plenty of Uber and Taxi's available as well as the local Bus company so it is easy to get out and about.

We welcome older children (over the age of 8) as the property has many stairwells and glass balustrades and is not suitable for younger children as many of the stairwells are not able to be fitted with safety gates due to the design.
