The outdoor deck is amazing and is well appointed with high quality outdoor furniture including sun umbrella, Webber Q BBQ, comfortable lounge suite and dining setting for 6.

We also provide a pick up and drop off service to the airport and have a hire vehicle at very reasonable rates available - please request this on booking and we will send through details.

The apartment is on the top level of a 3 bedroom home.

You have your own separate entry and access with one stairwell to climb. The apartment itself is on one level and all rooms open out onto the large deck located at the front of the property.

We are available to pick you up and drop you off to the airport and also help organise any day trips or outings that you wish to do while here on your holiday. Just reach out and let us know what you are wanting to do and we can come back to you with suggestions and pricing.

The Penthouse Apartment is set in a very quiet lane off one of Queenstown's most sort after addresses.

The property consists of two mirror image houses, each comprising of a Penthouse Apartment on the top floor and a 3 level home underneath.

Each dwelling has it's own separate private front door so you are able to come and go as you please without disturbing the other residents.

We live in the 3 level home under the Penthouse Apartment and the mirror image property next door is privately owned.

We can offer a vehicle during your stay for you to hire. Please request information on booking and we will happily send through details.

The Penthouse Apartment is an 8 minute walk into town through a reserve. Please note that the hills in Queenstown are very steep! You may consider getting an uber on the way back unless you want a good work out walking back up the hill to the Penthouse Apartment :-)
