Kawarau Lodge is a large residence boasting 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, giving everyone the space they need. The lodge is
located at the end of a quiet caulder sac and has a large flat section ideal for entertaining.

The Kitchen is a chef's dream. Large Italian benches provide a huge amount of space to entertain and prepare the space and also
includes a range of premium appliances. The living area is a high stud pavilion space built around a central schist fireplace to keep warm on those wintery nights. If the fireplace is not enough, the house is highly specced with underfloor heating throughout the home and central heating.

A private pathway leads from the master bedroom to an outdoor 7-seater Ique Swedish Hot tub. These tubs are specifically designed for cold climates and are perfect for an apres-ski soak. For those in the family who need to do a spot of work while away
there is a dedicated home office space with spectacular views of the stunning Remarkables mountain range.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a fold-out double sofa bed and bean bags. The room has a ping pong
table and an Xbox to use on the 55-inch Smart TV.
Above the garage sits a self-contained loft space. The space offers a Queen Bed and a separate Bathroom with views looking out to Coronet Peak. The loft space is ideal for enjoying a glass of pinot noir while looking out over Lake Wakatipu.
