Yes, just like the rest of the world, craft beer is a thing in Queenstown. There are a few craft beer bars in town as well as some great local breweries and that's where you'll find the locals. Throw some Frisbees
Hunt out the second frisbee golf course in Queenstown, yes there are two! The best-known course is in the Queenstown Gardens but there's also a longer course on the banks of the Shotover River near Quail Rise. You may wish you had a golf cart for this fun mission, but the views are worth the exertion.
