Alpine Luxury Tours was easy to work with from afar, made the entire trip even more magical and elevated hospitality to a degree I haven't seen in a long time. Alan2023-10-21The best day out with Dylan Our driver was Dylan, and a more skilled, informative and companiable guide you couldn't imagine. Just like a day out with family really! Our day at Milford Sound was the best day of our two-week South Island trip, and it would not have been possible, given the length of the drive from Queenstown, without Dylan to make it comfortable and enjoyable. It was well-organised and seamless, and certainly did not seem like a 10-hour round trip. Thoroughly recommended as the way to see Milford Sound! Booking the trip on-line was easy and quick, and everything was provided to make the day very memorable -- including the pesky kea parrots trying to get into the car!

Lani228922023-10-11We had the best time, highly recommend! We had the most amazing experience with Alpine Luxury Tours. There were a group of 9 of us (aged in our early 30s) visiting Queenstown for a week. Ahead of our trip, I worked with Lee on curating the perfect itinerary for a winery day that all of us would enjoy. Lee was really responsive and helpful over email, making great recommendations and tailoring the day to our preference. We started at Mora Wines where we tried a variety of wines and had a delicious share-style lunch before heading to GT Tasting. This was great for us as we were able to taste beer, ginger beer, gin, liqueur as well as wine. We then went to small Mt Rosa Wines which was stunning before finishing at Amisfield (which was our least favourite but well-known). Our driver Rob really made the experience, allowing us to play our own music and have lots of fun between each location! We were in Queenstown for a music festival and at the last minute we decided we needed private transfers between our accomodation and the event each night (3 nights) - Lee was able to make this happen for us with just two days notice. I highly recommend Lee and the team at Alpine Luxury Tours for your transport and tour needs in Queenstown.

Having never been overseas before, let alone book a tour with a company you can only research online - it can be tricky to make the call to do it. From the get go, Lee and Dani's communication (i did bother them a fair bit!) was simply outstanding. They made sure everything was explained in great detail, and made us feel comfortable we were in good hands. Come the day, we were a little apprehensive about how a private drive to Milford Sour would go, would it be awkward, would it be weird? Nah, none of that. Rob is an absolute Star! Genuinely great bloke, had EXTENSIVE knowledge on all the scenery, knew all the special spots ;), he was hilarious, didn't hesitate to give us plenty of time in all the spots along the way to take it all in, even took awesome photos of us to remember it by, he looked after us, made us so comfortable and added SO much to the day, he really made the day for us. A shame that we got so caught up in the scenery and moments it was all over so soon, and we didn't get a photo at the end with him, genuinely sad over that. The Heli tour back gave us to see parts of NZ and Queenstown / Fiordland we could never see by foot - which we will remember forever. To Lee, you know what you did for us post-trip - Your level of customer experience is unparalleled and my partner and i sincerely thank you for it. You run a fantastic business and we will make sure the people know, that's for sure! Noelia2023-08-07Great tour to Milford Sound!! My family and I did the private tour to Milford sound with alpine luxury tours. Rob was out guide and we had a great time with him. The scenery is breathtaking all along the way. Milford sound is amazing. We had our lunch while in the boat and it was also delicious. We had a great time and definitely recommend this tour to anyone in the area.
JLTU2023-07-16Fantastic A fantastic tour with a private guide, traveling to Glenorchy, Arrowtown and several other sites. We also visited wineries as part of the trip. We traveled in a luxury vehicle and our guide was outstanding. I would highly recommend the trip if you looking to explore Queenstown and the surrounding area.
Geoff B2023-07-11The highlight of our New Zealand tour This experience sets the bar for all others - simply put it was the best experience we had in New Zealand. Our tour guide Rob picked us up in a Mercedes sports utility vehicle from our hotel in Queenstown. He made the 4 hour drive to Queenstown safely with a number of memorable stops - Te Anau, Mirror Lakes, waterfalls - we even saw several Kea and a Weka. Every detail was thought through including lunch, and Rob was super knowledgeable about the entire journey. Add on a spectacular 90 minute cruise of Milford Sound and it was truly a remarkable experience. Thank you Rob for making this a memory of a lifetime.
Lu2023-07-05Amazing 🤩 Do yourself a favour and indulge in an Alpine Luxury Tour. You will be satisfied. Rob, our guide, was so knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. He was very personable and accommodating from the moment he picked us up from our accommodation in a comfortable Mercedes Van. A true local taking us to spots we would not have otherwise seen. We enjoyed the breathtaking landscape on The Queenstown & Central Otago Wine Tour. The wine in this region is delicious. When organising from Australia, Lee responded promptly to all my email enquiries. Thank you, Lee, Rob and Alpine Tours, for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. A really great experience.
