How to apply for funding support

Before you apply for the Business Event Incentive Scheme, please read the information about the scheme (click HERE) then please complete the Application form below.

($150 per actual NZ attendee paid following completion of the event and verification of actual NZ attendee numbers) · Travel expenses to the region AND/OR · Boost delegate numbers through strategic marketing campaigns (public events only) AND/OR · Offset costs which would have otherwise prevented the event from being able to take place in Queenstown, Wānaka or Central Otago (please explain)

Please detail your accommodation, all meals, attractions, activities, transport within region and any other events/ activities completed (Out of region transport includes flights or road transport originating outside of Wānaka, Central Otago or Queenstown)

Declaration

Event must be at the tendering/research phase of planning. A successful application which meets the above criteria will support the conversion of this event to come to the region.
