Business Events Incentive Application Form

The information contained in your application will be treated as confidential. The material submitted will be treated as “commercially sensitive material” and will be held in confidence.

Minimum stay of three nights for the main business event. This must be in Queenstown, Wānaka or Central Otago with two nights stay taking place on weeknights

Must not be sooner than three months from the date you submit your application for conferences, and no sooner than four months for incentives

($150 per actual NZ attendee paid following completion of the event and verification of actual NZ attendee numbers) · Travel expenses to the region AND/OR · Boost delegate numbers through strategic marketing campaigns (public events only) AND/OR · Offset costs which would have otherwise prevented the event from being able to take place in Queenstown, Wānaka or Central Otago (please explain)

Event must be at the tendering/research phase of planning. A successful application which meets the above criteria will support the conversion of this event to come to the region.
