The resort boasts a contemporary base lodge and some wicked ‘hike to’ terrain that takes in stunning views down the valley to the lake.

Coronet Peak – close to Queenstown
This is the locals favourite, a mere 20 minute drive from Queenstown. Coronet Peak will reward you with a fun, family friendly ski experience with a modern base lodge and views across Wakatipu basin.
On-piste, you’ll find 280 hectares of skiable terrain with the longest run at 2.4km. You’ll also find two on-mountain terrain parks and a great beginner’s learning area. Advanced skiers will love the open rolling off piste and adventure lovers can venture outside resort boundary with appropriate safety gear to ski the legendary back bowls.
Can’t get enough? Stay for night skiing on Wednesdays and Fridays when the resort turns the lights on, and bubbles, beer on tap, pizzas and mulled wine are all served on the heated deck. Try the new luxe night dining at Heidi’s Hut for a degustation dining experience complete with fondue.
