Frankton and Kelvin Heights

Frankton and Kelvin Heights are great locations for those who want to base themselves within a short drive of Queenstown's CBD, The Remarkables Ski Field, and Queenstown Airport. Frankton is a hub of it's own, with a great selection of supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants.  

Situated an easy 10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport, but with a prime lake front location is Hilton Queenstown Resort and Spa. With a collection of on-site restaurants and bars, a spa, and lakeside walking trails on your door step, Hilton Queenstown in 'Kawarau Village' is a hub of its own. However, if you wish to leave the 'village' the Queenstown CBD is only an easy 20-minute drive or 15-minute scenic water taxi away.

Oaks Club Resort is another option for those who want a lake front location that is only a short drive from Queenstown's town centre. Arthurs Point

An easy 7-minute drive from Queenstown’s town centre will take you to beautiful Arthurs Point. Ideal for those who want to spend time in stunning surrounds at more of a relaxed pace, or for outdoor adventure enthusiasts looking to maximise time spent exploring nearby mountains and rivers.

Arrowtown has a range of boutique lodges and B&B’s, including the likes of Arrowtown Lodge which is located on a tree lined street offering views towards Sawpit Gully and Macetown. An easy walk from Arrowtown's main street Buckingham Street, you have the option of relaxing in the sunny garden next to the outdoor fire at the lodge, or you can stroll down the road to hire a bike and explore the Queenstown Trail.
