Jonny Moseley needs no introduction, but here’s one anyway. Born in Puerto Rico, Moseley was a member of the US Ski Team and is credited with making skiing cool again when he pulled a trick during a competition and invented freeskiing. He’s also the narrator of the latest Warren Miller film, which will make its Australasia debut at the Queenstown Adventure Festival.
Andreu is a Red Bull freeride mountain biker out of Barcelona, Spain. He’s an X-Games slopestyle medallist who’s also taken top spot in a Red Bull Rampage event. He was the first man to land a backflip on a snow-covered big air ramp, if that’s not adventurous, we don’t know what is.
Patrick is a researcher in adventure, uncovering the philosophy behind why humans do crazy things, and investigating the ‘state of flow’ achieved during adventurous pursuits. Patrick is completing his PhD in that very subject, and has a background in rockclimbing, education and sports psychology.
Gavin is a New Zealand-based photographer and professional mountain guide, and he combines his two passions to embark on adventures in high places all over the world. Gavin is passionate about sharing the positive effects that the outdoors, challenge and adventure pursuits can have including overall health and well-being, resilience and mindfulness.
