A comfortable, family friendly holiday house in Arrowtown.  Perfect as a base for exploring the historic town centre, visiting wineries, trail walks, and golf excursions.

This home away from home is warm in winter and light and sun-filled in spring and summer.

It has a lovely private back garden that is fully fenced, so you can let the kids run around without worrying. A bonus is the lovely views.

 The kitchen is well-equipped so you can pull together a meal with ease or stroll into the town to grab a bite to eat. 

The open plan kitchen and living area makes spending time together easy, and the lounge is a cosy spot to relax in.

Sliding doors from the living area allow you to step into a sun soaked conservatory, a nice place to sit and read a book in the morning with a cup of coffee. 

The bedrooms each have plenty of space and the beds and comfy. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with a separate bath and shower.

This holiday house in Arrowtown is great for families with young children, and small groups of friends needing a comfortable base from which to explore.

Summer highlights: A safe, fully fenced back garden for the kids to run around. Take a picnic and give gold panning on the riverside a go!

Winter highlights: Gather as a family in the main living area and play board games. Rug up warm, stomp in the snow and hike the Sawpit Gully trail.

Comfortable and quiet house. Unbelievable location.

We loved the house, it was well insulated and heated throughout during our winter stay. It was also very quiet, but not too far away from town and the attractions. Property managers were readily available and very friendly. Arrowtown would have to be the best place to stay if you don’t want big crowds and busy streets, but want to be near skiing, biking, wineries, walking trails.
