This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 4 guests. The open plan kitchen and living room has been cleverly built to maximise the amazing views and sunshine. There is a large balcony overlooking the dramatic mountain range and Lake Wakatipu on one side and a comfortable seating area with an outdoor fireplace on the other side. On the main level is the master bedroom with a super king bed and ensuite. Separated for privacy, there is a queen bed & ensuite on the lower level. The house is fully insulated with underfloor heating throughout, a heat pump in the main living area, and panel heaters in both bedrooms for warmth during winter months. There is also a heat transfer system that ensures consistent temperatures throughout the house. There is unlimited WIFI throughout. Guests also have use of the washer and dryer located on the main level. Please note that the house is located in a residential area with permanent residents all around plus a tenant living downstairs, so guests must be mindful of excessive noise. The house and linen are cleaned and prepared by professionals between each stay, hence the linen and cleaning price.
