Hulbert House

Situated just a short walk from Queenstown’s vibrant centre, Hulbert House is imbued with a sense of serenity. Our six rooms, each with their own unique decor, offer stunning views overlooking Lake Wakatipu or the Skyline Hill.  Hulbert House offers two categories of rooms; The Grand Room which offers Lake Views and Premium Rooms which offer views of the gardens and mountains.  The Grand Room is located on the ground floor, while the Premium Rooms are on the ground floor and level one.  

Hulbert House provides both luxury accommodation in Queenstown and a luxury experience suitable for all discerning international and domestic travellers.

Onsite services and facilities include, resident managers, concierge service, drying room for skis and hiking gear, board games, complimentary hotel-town transfers (up and down our very steep hill), library, complimentary e-bikes (2) and a beautiful sundeck perfect for reading or for enjoying a glass of local pinot while looking out over the stunning Lake Wakatipu.
