The Willow Room is a classic Central Otago vineyard setting for corporate retreats, conferences, meetings and functions.

Situated on 40 acres, the rolling terraces of the Kinross vineyard sit nestled between towering peaks and the picturesque aquamarine Kawarau River. The Erkkila family have worked hard to create an inviting and exciting destination for everyday visitors, romantic getaways, wine tours, corporate events, weddings and more.

Our venues include:

The Wine Garden: a covered, sheltered outdoor area with a stunning feature fireplace – suitable for casual events for up to 200 guests.

The Willow Room: an attractive multi-purpose function space for formal and casual events for up to 80 guests.

The Garden Pergola: An open covered space close to the Willow Room, great for casual events such as birthdays, hens do for up to 40 guests.
The Streamside Pergola: complete with its own ski chairlift chairs, this is a fun outdoor space with a wood-fired pizza oven and stunning private mountain-side location. Ideal for an intimate wedding reception for up to 30 guests.

At Kinross, we have warm and inviting multi-purpose venues that can suit any event from workshops, team buildings, seminars, board meetings and smaller conferences. The venue can be configured in multiple ways to best suit your group - from 30 guests on a U-shaped format to 80 guests for standing events.

Kinross is the perfect Queenstown venue for an intimate event.  We welcome both Corporate Groups and Private Groups on a regular basis for everything from relaxed lunches with hosted wine experiences to birthday gatherings, corporate retreats and weddings.  Kinross is close enough to Queenstown, yet far enough away to make sure you have quality time with your business colleagues, potential clients, friends and guests!
