8b Hallenstein Street is both modern and practical, offering 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and perfectly located in the sleepy suburb of Hallenstein Street, just a short ten-minute downhill stroll to Queenstown’s town centre. With room and facilities to easily accommodate 7 guests, evenings can be spent in the vast lounge area in front of the fireplace, on the outdoor deck in the sun or preparing extravagant feasts in the entertainer’s kitchen. 8b truly has it all. The Master bedroom features a splittable king bed (can be made up as twin singles if desired) and has its own en-suite. The bedroom itself is spacious and bright, given the glass panel doors which open out to the garden courtyard and is complemented by a sizeable walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features under-tile heating as well as heated towel rails.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are separated by a shared bathroom, also featuring under-tile heating, heated town rails, a bathtub and shower.

All 3 bedrooms offer King splittable beds, meaning whether you are travelling as a family or group of friends, we will have the bedding configuration available to suit your needs.
Whilst the bedrooms are big enough to accommodate 2 guests per room if you happen to be travelling with a 7th member, the sofa in the lounge can be folded out into a bed (additional charges may apply).

The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is stylishly designed with contemporary furniture and lighting fixtures. Immediately impressive as you enter the apartment, the furnishing and décor are both striking and practical, featuring the dining table with mood lighting, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa and armchairs in the lounge area.

The kitchen itself ensures those who plan to eat-in in style can do just that. The basics such as a large fridge/freezer, oven and stovetop and essential crockery are all present. Additionally, you will find a plethora of alternative glassware and kitchenware as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and rice cooker to ensure you have all you might need and more.

The lounge area features large sofas which face the gas fireplace and flatscreen HDTV (Netflix enabled, provided you have a user subscription); perfectly suited to lazy nights indoors or for when the weather does not play ball.

Adjacent to the lounge area you will find the floor to ceiling glass panel doors that open to the fully fenced and private outdoor area. With gas BBQ and outdoor furniture to accommodate your entire group, much like the provisions in the kitchen, this intimate spot ensures you are fully equipped for a relaxing night of entertainment and alfresco dining.

8b Hallenstein Street offers a single car garage with alternative off-street parking outside the property suitable for one other vehicle. The carpeted garage which offers internal access to the apartment also houses the washing machine, clothes dryer and vertical drying cabinet; perfect for soggy winter ski gear.
