This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the quiet suburb of Quail Rise not far from Queenstown Central Shopping Centre.  It has the advantage of being close enough to everything but being away from the noise. No matter the season from our warm summers to winters white with snow you can enjoy beautiful walks along the river, mountain bike trails, ski fields, day trips to Arrowtown or Lake Wanaka and starry night skies or you may just wish to sit back and enjoy the view of the Remarkable Mountains with a local Central Otago wine.

The large backyard is the perfect place for families, couples, friends and large groups.   There are two separate outdoor areas including a BBQ and wall hung herb garden.  The lush lawns are perfect for the kids to run around on in the long Otago summers.

With prior approval you may be able to bring your dog with you.   Please note that the gardens are not fenced so you will need to consider this if you do bring your fur baby with you.

You have full access to the house but the garage is not available for guests to use.
