Destination Queenstown does not claim any ownership rights to photos, videos or articles posted to its website or its Social Media Platforms. However, by using the hashtag #queenstownlive or tagging @queenstownNZ, Destination Queenstown is granted by virtue of the Social Media Platform’s Terms of Use, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual sub-licence (subject to revocation) to share, repost, use and/or publicly display your photo or video, including and without limitation through any relevant social media channels, pages or accounts administered by Destination Queenstown.
