This session will explore AI Agents and automations, and how they are saving business’ time, reducing admin, and changing scale without adding headcount. The challenge is knowing where to start, and how to set up safe, practical systems that actually work. This session cuts through the jargon to explain AI agents and automations in plain terms. You'll gain clarity on the implementation process and leave knowing which types of tools to explore for your needs.
At the session you’ll:
- Understand Agents vs. Assistants and why is it different from a chatbot.
- Master the concept of "Playbooking": Learn how to break down a human process into a rigid set of instructions that an AI can follow reliably.
- How to achieve “The Tool Stack”: A guided introduction to automation tools showing you what is possible when you connect AI to other apps (like email, calendar, and documents.)
