Easy - sign up to receive our member communications and make sure you tick the "Data and Insights" selection. DQ and LWT now send one comprehensive Data and Insights email each month. It brings together the previous month’s destination performance, the Forward Outlook, and a selection of useful RTO-produced research and insight pieces.

What is the Queenstown Forward Outlook and how can I access it?
The forward outlook is an RTO created resource that indicates the current levels of accommodation occupancy in Queenstown. Its weighted 90% on currently booked forward occupancy rates and 10% on predictive forward booking data. This resource is refreshed and posted every week on Thursday by midday. Access the forward outlook or select from the drop-down menu from the navigation.
Please note the Forward Outlook is only available for the Queenstown region, but alternatives are being explored to support the establishment of a similar Wānaka Forward Outlook resource.
