This friendly session will introduce you to how your Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO) operates, the tools and support available to you, and the best ways to tap into your membership. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of the different teams, services and resources designed to amplify your business, and strengthen the wider visitor economy.
